Become a Cyber Volunteer

⚠️ CRITICAL LEGAL NOTICE (READ CAREFULLY)

By applying to become a Cyber Volunteer for Cyber Baithak, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Unpaid & Non-Employment Status

Volunteering is entirely voluntary, honorary, and unpaid. This is not a permanent, temporary, or contractual job. You will receive no salary, pay, compensation, stipend, or financial benefits of any kind. No travel allowances (TA/DA) or reimbursement of expenses will be provided.

2. No Liability or Claim Rights

You agree that you are not liable or entitled to raise requests, claims, or lawsuits against Cyber Baithak, JSI Software Solutions, its executives, sponsors, or partners for any permanent job recruitment, pay scale benefits, employee status, or compensation now or in the future. Your application or service does not confer any preference or right to future employment or corporate positions.

3. Voluntary Participation & Willingness

You declare that you are applying for this cyber security awareness program of your own free will, without any coercion, pressure, or promises of compensation, employment, or academic credits.

4. Conduct and Code of Ethics

Volunteers must adhere to a strict ethical conduct code. You must not use the name of Cyber Baithak for any personal gain, political activities, commercial marketing, or legal representations. Cyber Baithak reserves the right to terminate your volunteer membership instantly at any point without prior notice.

1. Collection and Storage of Information

We collect PII details (Name, DOB, contact, address, city, state, educational qualification, current occupation, and technical skills) along with verification records (Government ID number and photo) to manage volunteer listings securely.

2. Government ID Protection

To ensure maximum privacy, your uploaded Government ID Card photo is securely stored outside the public directory (`secure_uploads/`). It is completely hidden from the public internet and is only accessible by authorized staff personnel of Cyber Baithak for verification purposes.
