A Special Note of Gratitude to Umesh Sir 🌟

Some contributions happen quietly, behind the scenes, but their impact is felt throughout the entire event. Umesh Sir, Physical Education Teacher at Brightland Public School, was one such person for the Cyber Baithak workshop.

On 19th August 2026, the day of our Cyber Baithak workshop, Umesh Sir reached the school at around 6:30 AM, much before the workshop was scheduled to begin.

While most of us were still preparing to start the day, Sir had already taken charge of the on-ground arrangements.

From the very early morning, he personally looked after the hall setup, seating arrangements, sound system, Smart Interactive Board, and other essential equipment. He made sure that everything was properly arranged, tested, and ready on time so that the workshop could begin smoothly without unnecessary delays or technical glitches.

But what truly stood out was the attention Sir gave to the participants themselves.

He made sure that every participant was properly seated and comfortably settled. Throughout the workshop, he remained actively involved in maintaining discipline and decorum, which played a major role in keeping the environment organized and focused.

With such a large number of participants, crowd management was itself a challenge. Sir continuously supported our team in managing the crowd, coordinating movement, maintaining discipline, and ensuring that everything remained under control.

For us, this was much more than simply helping with arrangements.

Sir gave us his time, energy, responsibility, and complete cooperation, starting from the early morning and continuing throughout the workshop.

A successful workshop is not created only by what happens on the stage. It is also created by the people who make sure everything behind the stage works perfectly.

And Umesh Sir was one of those people.

Thank you so much, Umesh Sir, for being there from the very beginning, for taking responsibility, and for making sure that our workshop could run smoothly and successfully.

A Heartfelt Thank You to Afreen Ma’am ❤️

On behalf of the entire Cyber Baithak Team, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to Afreen Ma’am for her incredible support, dedication, and genuine efforts in making our workshop a success.

From the very beginning, right from the registration process until the very end of the workshop, Ma’am stood by us with complete dedication and sincerity.

She personally reached out to students, motivated them to register, and helped resolve registration-related issues wherever students faced any difficulty. What makes her contribution even more special is that she did not stop with the students. She also encouraged and helped her school colleagues and staff members to register and participate in the workshop.

In a way, Afreen Ma’am became the driving force that motivated the entire school to be a part of Cyber Baithak. Her involvement went far beyond simply supporting an event. She genuinely took ownership and made sure that everyone around her was encouraged to participate.

Our workshop was conducted in two shifts because of the overwhelming number of registrations and the limited capacity of the venue. Each shift was around 2.5 hours, making it a total of nearly 5 hours of continuous workshop activity.

Throughout those five hours, Afreen Ma’am remained with us, continuously supporting and coordinating with the team. From crowd management and attendance to helping students and handling on-ground coordination, she worked alongside us without taking a break.

That kind of dedication is rare.

Afreen Ma’am, your contribution may not always be visible in photographs or certificates, but it is something our entire team genuinely felt throughout the workshop. although we have few vids and photos , shared on our website and social media

You are truly a gem of a person. ❤️

We are genuinely grateful that we had the opportunity to meet and work with someone so kind, pure-hearted, gentle, supportive, and hardworking.

A Note of Appreciation

We are truly grateful to Pooja Ma’am, Principal of MESCO Public School, for her incredible support and coordination for the CyberBaithak workshop.

Ma’am went above and beyond to encourage students to participate and register for the workshop. What truly stood out was that she registered herself for the workshop, downloaded her entry card, and presented herself for attendance, even though she was not required to do so.

Her willingness to participate alongside her students reflects true leadership, humility, and dedication to learning. By leading through example, she inspired her students to take the workshop seriously and actively participate.
