1. Free Awareness Seminar Policy
Cyber Baithak conducts cyber security awareness seminars free of cost for academic and professional institutions. The host institution will not charge any student or participant fee for attending the seminar.
2. Venue & Infrastructure Requirements
To support the workshop, the host organization agrees to supply:
- An auditorium, hall, or room capable of accommodating the expected attendance.
- Audio/visual equipment (functional projector, screen, and microphones).
- Internet/Wi-Fi facility for live security demonstrations if requested.
3. Coordinator Responsibilities
The designated coordinator will act as the single point of contact for coordination, logistical management, and attendance verification for certificates.
4. Schedule Changes & Cancellation Rights
The host organization acknowledges that proposed seminar dates are tentative. Cyber Baithak teams retain the full right to postpone, reschedule, or terminate the scheduled workshop due to date conflicts, resource availability, or scheduling constraints. The Cyber Baithak team will endeavour to inform the coordinator of any changes as early as possible.
