1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for any Cyber Baithak workshop or event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration.

2. Workshop Participation

Cyber Baithak workshops are free-of-charge awareness sessions organised to educate participants about cyber security. Registration confirms your intent to attend. You may cancel your registration at any time prior to the event; however, the organisers are not responsible for any inconvenience arising from cancellations.

3. Entry Card & Attendance

• Every registered participant must present their Entry Card (printed or digital) at the event gate for barcode scanning.
• Attendance is mandatory on all scheduled workshop days to remain eligible for the E-Certificate of Participation.
• Proxy attendance or forged entry cards will result in permanent disqualification from all future Cyber Baithak events.

4. E-Certificate Eligibility

An E-Certificate of Participation will be issued only to participants who successfully complete the full duration of the workshop with verified attendance. Partial attendance will not be considered for certification.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behaviour throughout the workshop. Cyber Baithak reserves the right to remove any participant from the event for disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate conduct without prior notice.

6. Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, contact details, photograph, and profession — is accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in cancellation of your registration and/or certificate.

7. Photography & Media

The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional, educational, or archival purposes by Cyber Baithak or its partners. By registering, you consent to the use of such media in which you may appear, without any royalty or compensation.

8. Intellectual Property

All workshop content, materials, presentations, and resources provided during the event are the intellectual property of Cyber Baithak and/or its partners. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cyber Baithak and JSI Software Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the workshop, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of property, or data loss.

10. Modifications

Cyber Baithak reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
