Terms & Conditions — Cyber Baithak

Welcome to Cyber Baithak. By registering for our workshops, applying to host a session, or joining our volunteer team, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Zero Cost & Free Workshop Policy

Cyber Baithak is a grassroots initiative. All cybersecurity awareness seminars, workshops, entry cards, educational booklets, and digital certificates are provided 100% free of cost. The host institution agrees that it will never charge students, staff, or community participants a fee to attend a Cyber Baithak seminar.

2. Host Infrastructure Requirements

To ensure a successful workshop, institutions requesting to host a session must commit to providing:

A functional auditorium, hall, or classroom equipped with a projector or smart display board.
Operational audio systems (microphones, amplifiers, speakers).
Stable internet or Wi-Fi (for live cyber attack demonstrations).
A designated coordinator to manage on-ground logistics, attendance tracking, and coordinator-level OTP approvals.

3. Schedule Changes & Cancellation

Proposed workshop dates submitted via the hosting form are tentative. Cyber Baithak reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel a scheduled workshop due to logistics constraints, instructor availability, or scheduling conflicts. We will notify the coordinator as early as possible in case of adjustments.

4. Accurate Registration Details

Participants are responsible for providing authentic and accurate details (Name, DOB, Email) during registration. Since official certificates are generated automatically based on these values, corrections requested post-generation will undergo security verification via `update_details_request.php` and require manual review by our team.

5. Certificate Integrity & Verification

Official certificates feature unique Certificate IDs and secure validation paths. Organizations or employers can verify certificate authenticity at `verify_certificate.php`. Cyber Baithak reserves the right to revoke or delete certificate records that are found to be issued based on fraudulent attendance or incorrect documentation.
